I got a call from my friend VINNIE LOPEZ, a great DRUMMER that I knew from playing cards in SHARK RIVER HILLS BACK IN 1978. WE WERE bANGIN" A COUPLE OF BITCHES that knew each other and he is in DIRe need of A BASS PLAYER for his BAND. Tells me about the guys,,, It sounds OK To ME, but what the FUCK do I KNOW? It's 1978 MOTHER FUCKER!! But its all good,, and it's all OK...
...so I got this FUCKING CAST on My arm,,MY LEFT ARM, and I'M LEFT handed!!I got the cast on because i broke my knuckles on TOM WUORIO'S Head about 4 WEEKS EARLIER! He's the FUCKING ASSHOLE that introduced me to VINNIE about 2 years earlier.Tom and Vini were in a band together called Moment of Truth and Tom and I played in a band called WORLD SYMPHONY, and BLESS..He was a DRUNKIN ASSHOLE, NEVER a dull moment though...One night the COPS were at our house on 375 Kirby Ave Elberon NJ,and his girlfriend was up in a tree cursing the cops and everyone else,AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS! I broke out a CHAINSAW, and cut the tree down with her in it..pretty cool huh?

BACK TO THE BAND..
I go up to the 3rd Floor of the HOT DOG HOUSE on COOKMAN Ave, in ASBURY PARK NJ.ROBERT CENTURINO was running the operation at the time, and I meet a few guys in the band. Too Tall, Scialfa, Whistler, and Vinnie.
I cut the cast off of my ARM with a SWISS ARMY KNIFE,(totally impressing anyone who was questioning my MACHISMO)
and I Cut loose with the guys! Anyway, to make a LONG STORY short, I got the GIG, and the rest is ROCK AND ROLL MYSTERY........
